We do not use our website for payments; payment are done directly from the PayPal interface which is 100% secure; rest assure you are using one of the safest payment interfaces on-line.

4. How Much Are Your Shipping Charges

$0; we do not charge any shipping charges inside the US & Canada; no matter how many products you order, shipping is FREE.

5. Do you ship outside the US/Canada?

We usually ship inside the US and Canada only but if you want us to ship overseas, you are responsible for the shipping charges, custom fees and any other related charges; one additional tip: Unless you order a reasonable quantity, it is not cost-effective to pay S&H, fees and other charges for small quantities. Often you end up paying more for the shipping itself than for the merchandise. Please send us an email with your location before buying so we can quote you the S&H before you buy.

6. Is There Any Minimum Amount for Purchases?

No, there is no minimum amount for purchases! You can purchase from a single unit all the way to couple dozens.

7. Can I Order Something Out of The Catalog/Website?

Absolutely! We can customize everything you need for any occasion; birthday parties, weddings, rehearsals, Kids parties, birth announcements, bachelor parties, anything you can imagine.  Do you have a piece of jewelry in mind? Just tell us what you want, we will design it, let you see it before you buy it and then make it for you.

8. Can I Purchase Something Marked With The Tag “SOLD”?

No, what you see on the site sold it’s not available; we create unique pieces of jewelry, 100% handmade so we do not have two identical pieces; however, you can tell us what you like from those sold pieces and we will create a similar one; that’s the main purpose of keeping the pictures of the “sold” units, just to provide you with multiple ideas of what you can get from us in case you decide to get something similar to what we made before

9. Is It Really 100% Handmade?

Yes, every single piece of our work is 100% handmade; we do not use any machines, precut shapes, serial pieces; everything here is custom made for each customer (unless is something available on inventory). We do not have any pre-made 100% Handmade cards, we make them based on what you like: Colors, shapes, legends, text, fonts; although we can create your cards/jewelry from something we have done in the past, we do not keep any inventory of anything.

10. How long does It Take to Make My Order?

It all depends of how many pieces you need. Usually, we don’t take more than a week to design, make and ship any of our orders unless is a big order. If you need an expedite order, please let us know so we can verify we can accommodate your request.

11. Can I Buy Mixed Orders?  One of Each Design?

Yes! If you want to have an assorted dozen of 100% Handmade cards, you can tell us which designs you like and we will create the assortment 100% Handmade cards based on your preferences. EVERYTHING we do is custom made, 100% handmade.

12. Can I Buy Wholesale?

Absolutely! The price you see on line is our retail price; we can give you wholesale prices for bigger quantities. Please send us an email with the amount you wish to buy and we will send you a wholesale quote.

We are a small shop located in Columbia, SC; we ship our products nationwide, no matter how small or big your order is.
