♥ ♥ Payment : To pay for your order you can use : 1. PayPal: All payments via PayPal are in US Dollars. If a payment is not received after 7 days your order may be canceled. 2. Credit Card : If you wish to purchase using a credit card, you may do so via Paypal as well without having a Paypal account. If you need assistance with this process, please contact me and I will be happy to guide you.
♥ ♥ Coupon Codes :
Coupon codes are valid only for used at checkout. I am unable to refund the price difference.
♥ ♥ SHIPPING :Regular orders are shipped 72 business hours after the payment is clear ( it may take shorter) . Custom orders take more time according to the size of the order, but usually Custom Orders are shipped 3-5 business days after the payment is clear . All orders are shipped using USPS First-Class Mail - takes within 2-4 business days if there is a not a holiday -. If you need something sent to you sooner, please just contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your requests as best as possible!
I ALWAYS SHIP TO THE VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS. If you would like your order sent somewhere else, please let me know at the time of purchase . Please make sure it is correct! We are not responsible if the wrong address is provided. If a package is returned to us because the address is not correct/current, the customer will be invoiced for the shipping charges to re-ship the package and it will not be resent until the secondary charges are paid.
♥ ♥ International Shipping : I only ship to : United States, Canada , UK and Australia. I do not ship to other countries since the mail service is not reliable and I rather not ship anywhere else unless you arrange shipping with your own carrier to what I won't hold any liability for the items.
♥ ♥When Will Your Package Arrive? I do not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If you are planning for a holiday or special day; please do your best to order in a timely manner and please let me know. I offer PRIORITY MAIL and EXPRESS MAIL as additional services; If you would like any of these services, please write a note in the Message to Seller when you check out. I will send you an updated invoice from PayPal for the additional shipping service fee.
♥ ♥ Shipping insurance : Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping price quoted. If you would like to add insurance, it is an additional charge, please contact me immediately upon purchase if you would like to add it.
♥ ♥ Save in your Shipping :
I encourage you to purchase more than 1 item; since shipping cost will be combined you will actually be saving money and getting more items ! *the more you buy, the more you save on shipping!
♥ ♥ Refunds & Exchanges : I hope that you are thrilled with your purchase but please contact me if there is a problem. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item isn't what you expected, or is defective in any way, please contact me within 3 business days from when you receive it and we can work out a return/refund or an exchange for the item, which needs to be in its original condition.
♥ ♥ Cancellations : If You Change Your Mind: I have no problem canceling and refunding an order as long as it has not already been shipped or processed If the item has been shipped; then it needs to be returned to me before I make a refund; custom orders are final no refunds.
